Our Process

The first step is for you to connect with us!

Simply fill out the form on our Request A Quote page and tell us a little about your project.

Once we review your request, we’ll be in touch with any additional questions or clarifications prior to booking a site visit.

No matter where you live on PEI, we’ll come to you!

Our site visits occur between Monday and Friday, typically between 8am and 3pm. This is where our experienced technician will complete a detailed inspection of the property, take precise measurements, photos, and hear more about your vision and project goals.

We also discuss any materials (i.e. finishing and decor items) that clients would be responsible for and outline what materials are included in our pricing.

With all the details of your project confirmed, we then get to work on your quote. This includes being the lead on sourcing prices from suppliers, possible sub-contractors where required, plus we research any potential issues such as permits and bylaw regulations.

We ALWAYS get back to people as quickly as we can, and we pride ourselves in providing clear pricing with no hidden costs.

Should there be any changes to your vision since our site visit, or if your preferred budget allocation has changed, we will review at this time and provide an updated quote if needed.

Then it’s up to you! The sooner we receive your thumbs-up, the sooner we can fit you in our schedule. At this stage, we provide options for start dates and reconfirm the expected project timeframe.

We do require a deposit (typically 50% of the quote) be received 7-10 days prior to the project commencing. This allows us to source any products and/or materials required for the job before our team arrives on site to start working on your renovations.

For the first day of the project, our team arrives to directly review the job site once again, reiterate the steps of this project, introduce you to the initial team members, and we then get started — most likely with demolition being the first step. We also update you on any sub-trades (whom we manage) and their timelines as well.

Throughout the project, we strive to be in communication every day and we always flag any issues that might result in possible delays or issues.

We then finish your renovation project and ensure that our clients are completely satisfied with the finished result!
